Fernanda L

Fernanda L immediately bonded with her LAP host over their mutual love of dogs when she attended LAP. They kept in touch after she returned to Brisbane, where she met her host's mother-in-law, who spoke Spanish from living in Mexico. Fernanda has been living with her for a number of years now, and she has found an adopted family with her Swiss Australian "Abuela". Her new family has assisted her with medical appointments, practising for her Australian driver's licence, and has helped Fernanda develop her English fluency. Fernanda has brought humour and happiness to their family and loves to dog sit whenever they travel! Apparently their dogs now speak Spanish, which is an added bonus!
